Terms of service

These terms cover the relationship between SunDibs AB, the property operating the pool, and the guest using the service.

The pin is a promise, not a possession.

A pin holds a lounger for an arrival window set by the property. Miss the window and the pin is automatically released. The lounger is furniture belonging to the property, not property of the pin holder.

Property responsibilities

• Publish opening hours, pool zones, and arrival windows honestly.
• Ensure the markers are installed correctly and the gateway has power.
• Handle refunds, cabana upgrades, and other on-property matters directly.

Fair use

• One active pin per guest per pool per day.
• No commercial resale of pins.
• No automated pinning.
